Department of  Computer Science and Engineering

University of Global Village (UGV), Barisal, Bangladesh 

The Department of Department of  Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) is one of the largest departments in UGV and it creates a center of excellence for top-quality students. For the high-quality real-life-orientated education system, admission to this department is a dream for local and international students. Generally, 120 students get the opportunity to enroll in this department as undergraduate students every year. At the postgraduate level, limited numbers of students get admission in this department in two terms in a year.  My scope of work includes:

• Acted as a first-year project advisor for guiding undergraduate students in completing real-time computer science projects

• Served as an instructor for the following fundamental basic CSE courses:

Network Operation Center (NOC)

Royal Net, Khulna, Bangladesh

Client support (ISP infrastructure, router, switch), sound knowledge of all kinds of Optical Fiber related tasks, Connection testing, and technical information to end-user customers and staff. , IT supports for desktop, laptop, and other IT devices (Printer, UPS, Switch, Router, etc.) to the end-users. Able to work on Windows and Linux platforms. Sound knowledge of the Wi-Fi network. CCTV System (IP Camera), attendance machine setup, configuration, and monitoring. Preparing and maintaining proper documentation of related work areas.

Techincal Support Center
